WEAPONS STOLEN FROM HOME IN FENELON

The City of Kawartha Lakes detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a residential break and enter in which numerous items, including firearms, were stolen.

On April 10, 2019 an officer attended a residence just outside of the Fenelon Falls area when, having returned home, the owner noted damage done to the front door and contacted police. Numerous items were stolen from the residence, including:

  • Excalibur Phoenix crossbow with scope and quiver

  • Sony Bravia 60 inch television

  • Jewelry including several rings and a Man's Timex wrist watch

  • 2 Nikon camera lenses

  • Gun safe with contents, including ammunition, several shot guns, and rifles
